Any favorites? It's time to get some new meals in the mix.

Lasagna wouldn't be a new meal, but I've never done it in the crock pot. Does it turn out mushy, like I imagine?

Pork tenderloin, salt, pepper, thyme, bag of cherry flavored craisins, a cup of Apple juice/cider/water. Serve over noodles. I've also done quite a few of these and the ones in the link. I also really recommend this recipe. You can mix up the veggies and use shrimp added later or no meat at all. I've used flour instead of cornstarch too so it really is something that uses stuff I always have. http://thewholesomedish.com/one-pot-wonder-chicken-lo-mein/ I like to do whole chicken in there too. Wad up several balls of aluminum foil, put the chicken in and season to taste. You can do it all on low, but if you can start with an hour on high you can get a crispy skin. You don't need any water, but I like to heave the drippings, toss the bones back in with veggie scraps (I keep a gallon bag in the freezer) fill with water and cook on low the next day. Voila essentially free chicken stock.

Thanks! I'm going to try those italian beef sandwiches sometime. I found a couple recipes for things on pinterest that I'm going to give a whirl.

I always say I need to use the crock pot(s) more and I do for a while but then it fizzles out.

For the pork I forgot you put a tablespoon of tapioca in it to thicken.

There's an onion in there two. I love that recipe, but I'm forgetting half of it. That's actually one things 6let will request regularly. M2 isn't a huge fan of the pork, but she eats some.

Lemon Chicken....so amazing! I cooked broccoli sepearte and did chicken for 5-6 hours on low. I also used six breasts cut length wise, so I upped the lemon juice and chicken stock (rather than broth). Definite winner!!
