What to do?!

So I am getting married June of 2015 and already started to plan. I am trying to do everything at once. In what order do you all recommend I plan this wedding? When should I start looking for a dress? When should I book my venue by? I am super excited but my fiance stated he doesn't want me to get too over my head lol

    I wouldn't start planning until 18-12 months ahead of time. The knot has a great checklist to follow, so definitely check that out. I would also look around the other boards on this forum. There are some helpful ladies.

    Start with the venue, then caterer, dress, photographer...

    I agree with penguin44. Don't plan too much before the 1 year mark and use TheKnot's planning checklist.
