Completely at a loss for flowers...

I have no clue what to do about my flowers. Here is what I've got: I am in a white dress (of course), FI is in a white vest with black tux, guys will have cornflower vests and girls will have cornflower dresses. My colors are cornflower and orange (some shade that isn't dark nor will make it look like Gators). I want my girls to have orange shows dyed to match some decor as well as have the guys have orange socks to match the girls shoes (not that they'll be seen but I want a picture of them). So would it be odd to have blue dresses, orange shoes, and white flowers? Because I was thinking of having the BM bouquets and GM bouteneirres white, then have white and orange mixed in to MOH and BM to match me, which I will have a larger bouquet of white and orange. I want to give my MOH something to help her standout. Is flowers the way to go for that? And will white look funny if their shoes are orange? I am just so confused....! Help! Suggestions are more than appreciated!!!
(PS, I would really love to use sweet peas as one of my flowers because I love how fragrant they are.)

I think that's a nice idea! Have you met with a florist yet? A lot of the time they can help you pick the colors.

Have you considered the bm bouquets with all orange flowers?  That would look so pretty against the blue dresses and their orange shoes! Just a thought!

I had thought of orange flowers, and I agree that it would look realy great. The only dilmemma I have there is I want my bouquet to be different and I really don't want to do white and I'm concerned having blue verses their orange is TOO different...maybe I'm wrong?

You could possibly do your bouquet with all green flowers (which would be different) and still go with the orange!  Save your white flowers for the reception!

    Look at Karentran.com

Karen Tran is a San Diego designer that a former knottie once talked about on the boards and her events are spectacular.  HTH

I second having the BM bouquets all orange, like just orange calla lilies. As far as your bouquet maybe you can have the same just bigger, like each girl has 5 and you have like 10. Or have a bouquet of white flowers with a few orange popping here and there, of the same flower your girls are using. And have the guys boutinierres match the girls flowers too. I think having too much white withing your party is like adding another color to your scheme. I dk I love color. HTH!!
