This is really just a "go us" post. SO and I started being each other's accountability partners about four weeks ago.  We've since been tracking calories (and heckling each other for poor choices when appropriate) and have biked over a hundred miles together.  
This past weekend we celebrated cumulatively being down 5% of our starting weights.
One small step! 
Edited 9/1 - We've upped the ante to 10%!  SO's concerned because he's now at the point where he normally hits a plateau.  I'm concerned because now I have to spend more money on clothes... (oh...the horror!)
