B:  1 WW "hearty" english muffin with raspberry preserves, 2 eggs, coffee (black)
L:  leftover roast chicken and root veggies (potato, sweet potato, onion, carrots); raspberries
S:  peach + cheese
D:  crockpot beer pork carnitas over salad with 1/2 c. coconut milk/red beans and rice, roasted green beans, guac, fruit

    L: turkey sandwich, mini baby bell cheese

    D: leftover spinach, kale, and goat cheese pasta

    E: Gym, not sure what we're doing tonight but we are going!



  • Ugh, I completely blew my diet over the weekend. I'm officially bound and determined to get back on the wagon though... I ordered a couple of dresses to wear for the engagement photos (I'll return the one I don't wear), so now I feel like I've got a fire under my butt to stay motivated.

    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, baby carrots, applesauce, sugar free Jello
    S - string cheese, granola bar
    D - taco salad
    E - cardio!

  • No idea - I'm off this week so I don't have a salad bar at my disposal and have to fend for myself.  I'm taking a small break from exercise - hoping to get back to it Wed/Thurs.  My ankle is bugging me just enough to be annoying.

  • These were my favorite threads when I was lurking...currently in the middle of trying to lose the 20 pounds I've put on so far in my PhD program and I love accountability!  (Actually, I basically love everything about this board.  It makes me smile.)

    B--green smoothie (peach, banana, kale, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds)
    S--banana, almonds
    L--2 hardboiled eggs, raw broccoli, mini peppers, hummus
    S--string cheese
    D--tilapia, roast asparagus, and angel hair pasta...and probably a glass or two of wine, because it has been an incredibly difficult and frustrating day

    E--Short run, a little strength training, and teaching a Zumba class
  • B - Banana L - 1/2 apple (it was gross), Strawberry greek yogurt, 1/3 cup granola, 1 piece grilled chicken, seltzer water D - Salad w/ apple, pecans, feta and pomegranate vinegarette, flatbread pizza cooked on the grill (Yum!) and 1/2 cup pasta salad S - dried green beans, Kashi bar E - rest day - walked around apartment complex
