I REALLY wanted a bagel this morning. Like REALLY wanted one. But I didn't plan for that today and I know it would throw me off so I resisted. I'm thinking I'll "treat" myself tomorrow and you might be wondering "what's the difference?" but the difference is that I'm sticking to a plan and that's good.
I did not stick to my plan yesterday but that's because H got a raise and a bonus so we went to dinner to celebrate. We got a bunch of small plates to share so in the end I had 3 wings, 2 Philly cheesesteak spring rolls and my favorite fries on the planet with buffalo blue cheese sauce. I had a lot of calories leftover after lunch so I don't think I went over but if I did it wasn't by too much. Anyway. On to today!
B: English muffin with PB and banana
S: Apple
L: Chicken Chili
S: Dark chocolate pomegranate thingies

Probably chicken chili again, I made it yesterday and broke it down into 6 servings since we didn't have it for dinner
W: ALL the water (aka 3 liters)
