Does anybody know what their FI is getting for you?? My FI is so HORRIBLE with gift giving and always makes me pick it out, he buys it right in front of me and hands it to me as we're walking out. The thing is, there's nothing meaningful I really want. I'm thinking about just picking out a piece of jewelry or something. If you're exchanging gifts: Did your FI ask you what you wanted (if so, what did you ask for)? Do you know what your FI is getting for you?

    I think I'm getting a small necklace with my new initial. I picked it out so i hope it's what I'm getting. Lol like yours, my FH isn't great with gifts so he wanted some ideas.

    The FI brought home a James Avery gift wrapped box and I know he had to order it so I'm guessing it's something with my new initials on it. He's very good with gift giving so I'm sure I will love it!

    I have a feeling he's getting me a necklace. He was looking at them in front of me, casually asking if I liked some of them. So that's my guess. Even though he doesn't want to know anything of what I'm wearing for the wedding, I told him I decided against a necklace due to my dress style, but that on second thought a very small necklace/solitaire might look nice. So who knows what he will do. He knows I'm getting him something.

    My FI did not ask me what I wanted, but we discussed exchanging gifts and set a budget.  The last thing I would want for him to go overboard and then me to get something inexpensive but sentimental.  We agreed to do something small since we're spending so much money on our honeymoon!

    We agreed on no wedding day gifts...we had to replace our washer & dryer about a month ago and have joked that those are our wedding gifts (and birthday gifts) to each other. :)

    Fi's not really good with the sentimental stuff. I'm always the one in charge of the classically romantic things like gifts or events. As he phrases it, he's just not good with deciding what would "make good memories". So I doubt he's getting me anything. But he is paying for the whole wedding, so I can't be TOO whiney about it...

    I got him really nice cologne (that he will wear on wedding day) and he got me the bracelet that matches my wedding day earrings.

    I bought him a new Citizen watch and then picked out earrings for myself that I fell in love with that he is gonna pay me back for.. not so romantic.. but I REALLY wanted them... and I don't get to wear them til the wedding day.
