Bacherlorette dinner

Hi all,

Looking at a few options for my bachelorette dinner on a Sunday night.

I wanted Margaritaville, but as we are 13 we have to have the group booking menus which are quite expensive. I'm not hosting this, so want to make it as affordable for people as possible.

I've contacted Diablos Cantina and Holsteins, and also like the look of Cabo Wabo, but I got a bounce back from them. Does anyone have an email address for them?

Also, any other recommendations? I'm booking a limo to take us to the sign for pics and on a mini strip tour, so location can be anywhere really, but I would prefer central strip. Cuisine to be Mexican/American etc and with the option to stay and drink for a bit afterwards before we head to some bars. I am considering Kahunaville, but as we might have our wedding after party at Senor Frogs with the open bar deal, I thought it would be too similar.

Thanks in advance!

  • Holsteins is amazing!!! The have adult milkshakes that are to die for. I ordered a burger (of course!) and my vegan friend said it looked and smelled so good she thought about not being a vegan so she could eat it haha

  • Im having my dinner at Firefly.  (http://www.yelp.com/biz/firefly-on-paradise-las-vegas-3)

It's $55 for all you can eat tapas (6 choices) and open bar for 2 hours.  Another $100 for the private room (which is pretty big).  Hope that helps!
  • Wow, open bar AND all you can eat tapas at $55 pp?? That is a screaming good deal.

Yes, $55 plus tax/gratuity - it's a great deal! I looked for on the strip options but everything was so expensive and I didn't want the girls to pay a ridiculous amount of money considering they are already flying to Vegas.

    Contact info  --> banquets@fireflylv.com

To add on the beverage was $25/per person - all drinks including sangria :-)

All in - renting a limo bus with 20 girls from Vdara to Firefly and then from Firefly to The Linq was a total was $85/per person! All the girls who are attending the party were shocked at the price.
  • If you want Margaritaville I wouldn't give up on it yet. On Sunday nights they're reasonably slow that a party of 13 probably wouldn't have to wait longer than 30 minutes, if at all, and you can just take over one of the bars until your table is ready. I love Margaritaville and we wanted to have our rehearsal dinner there but got turned off by that same group dining BS so we went elsewhere, but my wife and I go there every time we're in Vegas to booze on the rooftop and people watch down below.

  • That firefly deal sounds great, will have a look! Vegas groom, they said 12 and under I could ring a preferential booking line 2 weeks ahead and try and get a table that way, but over 12 had to be a group menu. We could try turning up, although I think i'd rather have something booked!
  • we are trying to find somewhere too... I wanted Chayo.. but they wanted the group booking menu for us too... when I tried to get our VIP manager to book it, she tells me she has sent the request, but cant get a reply. We have my 15yr old niece with us, so we cant go to a bar, need a restaurant... preferraby close to the Flamingo/Linq

We did PBR at planet hollywood for our late lunch/early dinner. They were fantastic and we got 2 for 1 drinks and we had 16 girls and didn't have a minimum spend or anything. We hit happy hour and this is what they offer:

Join us from 3pm to 6pm at all of our bars and get:

    $50 Open Bar all day
    $3 Domestic Drafts
    $5 Shots
    $19 Buckets
    2 for 1 Well Drinks
    1/2 OFF Bottles of Wine

  • I love Firefly, but I hope you're aware that they've been shut down multiple times in two locations due to health code violations. We still eat there but...it's like a calculated risk?
