Detroit Venue for JUST a ceremony

I am having trouble finding a non-church venue that will host JUST a ceremony. We already have a great reception place. Most of the places we have talked to will only do a ceremony WITH a reception package. Wedding is June 6, 2015. We would prefer a place that is either inside or has an inside option in case it rains. Any ideas would be appreciated!

    There are several locations on belle Isle to pick from

    Charles Wright Museum of African History

    Coach Insigina at the Ren Cen

    Detroit Historical Museum

    Double tree Suites Fort Shelby Hotel

    First Congregations Church of Detroit

    Flat 151

    Belle Isle is not having weddings that week due to the Grand Prix, Flat 151 wants a $20,000 minimum so obviously we would have to have the reception there too and we already have a reception location, Rattle Snake only does ceremonies with a reception. I will look into the others. Thanks!

    I have heard really good things about the brewery room in Detroit. I am a metro Detroit wedding officiant and was asked to do one there-unfortunately I was unavailable, but have heard great things about it.
