Hey ladies! I've obviously been slacking on the board, but I am trying to add my work outs to the morning, so I figured I'd come on and start the accountability thread

B: oat revolution oatmeal with 1% milk
L: Turkey burger no bun, w/roasted carrots and canned peas

chicken stuffed w/jalapeno & cheese wrapped in bacon (I'm certain this is not healthy)
S: yogurt, pretzels
E: just completed the Jillian Michaels body Rev workout 2
Yesterday I was WAY under my calories, so I need to be more conscientious of my snacks.. the last thing I wanna do is store food because i'm in starvation mode.
