Tuesday Accountability!!

Hey ladies! I've obviously been slacking on the board, but I am trying to add my work outs to the morning, so I figured I'd come on and start the accountability thread :)

B: oat revolution oatmeal with 1% milk
L: Turkey burger no bun, w/roasted carrots and canned peas
D: chicken stuffed w/jalapeno & cheese wrapped in bacon (I'm certain this is not healthy) 
S: yogurt, pretzels
E: just completed the Jillian Michaels body Rev workout 2

Yesterday I was WAY under my calories, so I need to be more conscientious of my snacks.. the last thing I wanna do is store food because i'm in starvation mode.

  • B:  WW cinnamon raisin toast with a little whipped butter, some leftover chile limon chicken, 2 eggs, a few bites of apple
    L:  chopped romaine, cuke, sauteed shallots with chile limon chicken and baked okra; some muenster cheese, grapes
    S:  raspberries
    D:  ST Santa Fe Chicken (sort of!) over brown rice, orange watermelon

    WO:  quick walk/jog (~2mi) and then JM YM.
  • B- Coffee and smoothie

    L- Chicken and rice

    D- Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken with veggies

    E- CrossFit
  • I've been a total slacker. I feel like I get back on track and then one day is all it takes to make me quit. Now that my boot is off and my ankle is feeling good, I'd like to get back to some light work outs in addition to eating better and upping my water intake. I have a trip in January that I want to look and feel good for so I'm setting that as my goal!

    B: English muffin with PB and banana
    L: Salad with veggies, turkey, vinegar 
    D: ST Harissa Turkey Meatloaf and I don't know what to make on the side! Any suggestions? Something that's quick and that reheats easily so I can bring leftovers to work for lunch tomorrow?

    E: Something not-high-impact

    W: 3 liters



  • @Swazzle - sauteed peas?  roasted green beans?  salad?
  • B- hot chocolate yogurt with almonds

    L- homemade minestrone soup

    S-apple

    D- pasta and eggplant

    S-pita chips

    E- Just Dance and an abs work out

    @Swazzle diced carrots with olive oil and rosemary thrown on a baking sheet, green beans sauteed in soy sauce and ginger, peas sauteed with some chicken broth or veggie broth with a dash of mint

    Anniversary

  • @swazzle any kind of roasted veggies would work well. Maybe some roasted carrots, celery, and potatoes? Or even a salad would work.

    B - banana, PB2, green tea
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, baby carrots, applesauce, sugar free Jello (eating the same thing for lunch helps with my calorie maintenance)
    S - string cheese, granola bar, maybe some almonds if my calorie intake is too low once I enter all of this into My Fitness Pal
    D - taco salad probably. It's Taco Tuesday!
    E - cardio and weights
