***WW Ladies & Ladies Who Are Getting fit

How is everyone doing with there weight loss goals?

I fell off for about a week or two after getting sick then hurting my lower back the week after... today was the first day I got back into the swing of things... I seen this on other boards but would you ladies like to do an Accountability post everyday to help us with our weight loss goals? Anyone can join... Hope everyone is having a good day!!!

    Life has unfortunately happened to me.  I fell off for about a month but only gained 3.8lbs.  I got right back into WW and went to my second meeting since getting refocused and lost .6lbs.  Any loss is a loss to me...  Gonna get right back into it.  Looking to buy my dress soon!!!

  • I was up a pound this week.  I expected it to be worse because I was visiting my family last weekend & all we do is eat.  I got myself back on track starting Monday though.  Well, except for yesterday.  I have about 10 weekly points left that I'm hoping I don't touch. 



  • I'm doing WWatchers also! Been going for about a month to meetings, and I'm down about 6lbs. My goal is to lose 20. Sounds reasonable, right?? :)

  • I've actually been doing well so far. My goal is to lose 95 pounds and so far I've lost 30. I've been consistently losing 4-5 lbs a week... I'm so excited. I can't wait to look that same way on the outside that I feel on the inside.

  • I was up 2 last week due to going out to dinner 2 nights in a row and this week I was thankfully down 1.

  • I'm not on WW but I've been eating healthier and exercising 2-4 days a week ... don't know if I lost any weight but I'm feeling better about myself an thats what counts. My clothes are fitting nicer too :D

    I'm hoping to drop 10 -15 lbs by June 1 .... Spring Break this week might not be helpful.
  • Hi Ladies! I'm new to the knot but I've been doing WW on/off for about three years now and am back on it now too. I'd love some extra accountability though! :)
