FMIL's best friend's daughter is a former florist and has offered to do our floral arrangements for us. We're on a pretty tight budget, so I asked her to send me a quote and received it today. I have absolutely no idea what flowers should cost. Does this seem to be the average or less than average cost? I am no way expecting her to cut us a deal, but I am wondering if it's worth shopping around a bit or if this is likely the best deal we will find. For reference, we live in Indianapolis and the wedding is in October.
