B: Hard-boiled egg, tomato, and scallions with mayo on a toasted sandwich thin, mini babybel

S: Apple

L: Pulled chicken with homemade BBQ sauce, side salad with lemon vinaigrette, grapes

S: Banana

D: ST Harissa Turkey Meatloaf, broccoli with zesty cheese sauce

    B:  leftover roasted veggies and one bite of chicken sausage, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 pc. WW toast with whipped butter; coffee (black)
    L:  roasted apple chicken sausage with veggies (brussels, onion, sweet potato, potato, zucc); nectarine
    S:  grapes and an oat/PB/honey/flaxseed/dried cherry "energy bar" I made.
    D:  spaghetti with marinara and meat sauce, green beans

    WO:  rest day, but I plan to clean the house and vacuum after work to get in some movement.  and 25 squats every time I use the bathroom!

    Oh! Also, I put some pumpkin pie spice in my coffee this morning and it is DIVINE. I know there are more pumpkin-haters than pumpkin-lovers around here but if you are the latter, I highly recommend!

    I think just the spice, I've heard of people doing that.  I'm not huge on pumpkin spice by itself, but @Swazzle, when you think of it, please send me that pumpkin paleo smoothie you were talking about the other day?  I am itching to try it!!!

    I love pumpkin spice coffee! Is that the creamer or is it different?
    I just used 'pumpkin pie spice' that I had in my cabinet from when I made pumpkin pie last year.
