Who is your videographer?

I've done a few searches and I'm trying to find a reasonably priced videographer for our ceremony. I've checked out Memory Lane and while their videos are beautiful, their packages are around $3k. I emailed Langdon, but they are not available for my date. Anyone have suggestions for a videographer under $2k? We only need 4 hours for first looks and the ceremony.

  • I can recommend NOT Digs Studio but unfortunately do not have any recommendations for anyone; there are not a lot of videographer reviews.

  • Jim at Light Source films did my sisters wedding videography (http://lightsourcefilms.com) and now my wedding this weekend. He is unbelievable nice and produces great videos. Check him out he's pretty reasonable price wise! Reviews will come next week!
  • I'm using imagine studios las vegas
  • Thanks for the reponses! This helps a bunch. I wonder why it's so hard to find videographer reviews?

I think it's because videography is very expensive and most people don't do it.  Ours was upward of $4k for all day coverage, and I felt that was a fair price since it's extremely laborious to turn the raw footage into a finished product, I was just extremely unimpressed with the finished product of the vendor we used.

  • We are doing a DIY videography option which I am super excited about! I am excited to see our wedding through the eyes of our guests.

  • An option if you want to save some money for the ceremony is Go Pro's they aren't too expensive(always on a good sale for Black Friday) there's a ton of ways to attach them to items and I saw on Pinterest someone had the officiant wear one around their neck to get a different angle. Plus you then have a awesome video camera for your honeymoon, especially if going somewhere tropical would be fun to go snorkeling with
