Wedding Organizer/Logistics Maven

Hello,

We are toying with the idea of having a restaurant provide food for our wedding reception in Montclair. That said, they are very much of the "drop-off" variety (albeit a nice restaurant).

Are there such things as a la carte wedding organizers, who would be willing just to provide/rent out cloths/cutlery/plates/dishes, as well as some decor, and set-up/clean-up? They would lose out on the cut of food revenues under this plan...So I'm wondering if anybody knows of event/wedding organizers who would be interested in such an arrangement?

    What is your budget for this service? I can ask my coordinator, I know she has a package that provides decor and setup/break down!  Unless you want to contact her yourself. samantha@rareoccasionsinc.com She is based in NJ, but will travel.

    We are looking to spend around $2000. We will have taken care of food, alcohol and renting space (including furniture). Does this sound reasonable?
