Does anyone have any good suggestions for specialty cocktails? All the stuff online is gorgeous and yummy looking but far too complex. I'm trying to craft something that uses liquor already on our premium bar to avoid extra costs. Any suggestions for something basic with a twist? I'd move something with a fall/winter twist? I personally would love a champagne cocktail but sadly it's not included in our open bar package. :-( sad face....
