Ladies with showers this fall - are you wearing ivory/white?

I know the bride doesn't have to wear ivory or white to their shower, but I sort of like the idea. My shower is mid-October though so any cute dresses that are ivory or white are generally for spring/summer seasons...and don't really go well with our chillier fall weather.

What are you wearing to your fall shower?

White lace skirt and cream top. Of course, I'm in SoCal, so the weather is usually cooperative.

Not having a shower in that time frame, but I have a lovely cream coloured sweater with these tiny black bird silhouettes. I think it would look nice with a skirt and knitted leggings or some nice pants for a shower.

My shower is this weekend. I'm wearing a dress that's white in the front, gray in the back, and has black lace cap sleeves with a wide black belt.

I'm not having a shower but I'm sure you can find a pretty white/ivory sweater dress. Try Ann Taylor like PP suggested.

Mine was in April (so still cool out, not spring weather yet) but I wore a ivory lace dress.

I am wearing a cream colored dress with a skinny black belt and black pumps. I think cream/ivory/white is fine to wear as long as you pull the right cut and textures for the season.

I'm either going to pair the first one with black tights and heels or find a cool cardigan for the second one. Haven't decided yet.
