AW Getting my marriage license today! Also, need bachelorette outfit ideas.

It's official! We are getting married! (Well we knew that already, but go with it). I am taking off work a couple hours early and then FI and I are headed straight for the clerk and county recorder and are getting that bad boy. We are both so excited.

 

My bachelorette is tomorrow! Woohoo! I have no idea what I am going to wear. The weather is supposed to be sunny during the day and cool at night. I was thinking maybe a sparkly dress? Or jeans and a cute top?? I have never been to a bachelorette before, so I am lost. Any ideas?

    What are y'all doing for the party?  I would lean toward the sparkly dress unless you know you're doing something really low key.

    I love me some sparkles that's for sure! We are hitting the town, so I think it will be appropriate! Now I just need to find one I like. One of my BMs and I are going shopping tomorrow. That's always a happy thing!

    Yaaaay Sara bride so soon :) As for the dress, sparkly sparkly always. Your time to shine girl! Or a sparkly top and jeans with some heels!! I don't think you're expected to wear white but some white accessories could work. You don't know what the girls have planned for you so maybe they'll even put you in outfits! I had a little veil and headband provided to me by my girls for my BParty.

    When you say 'hittin the town', does that mean LODO? If so, definitely go sparkle...short...sexy. Gotta blow those early 20-somethings out of the water so I'd err on the side of fancy or casual.

    @SmileDamnit--LODO it is! It has been a couple of years since I have partied downtown. This should be interesting! The last time I was down there, I saw a bachelorette party going on in Cowboy Lounge and the bride-to-be was passed out in the corner. God willing there will be no passing out until I am home and in my bed!

    Yep lol watch out for that, everyone at my BParty tried to get me drunk but they were all shitfaced at the end of the night except mighty me (I weigh 80lbs) and one other friend who barely drinks. I hate that feeling the next morning, can't stand it!
