Drinks

We're having pot roast with carrots, onions and celery, roasted pork loin seasoned with thyme and garlic and pecan crusted chicken breasts. What drinks would you serve? We're having a dry wedding of 28 guests people, including myself and my fiancee. Our wedding date is October 15th, 2016 so we'd like to stay away from summer-y punches. I was thinking of apple cider but that's all I could come up with other than the usual tea, coffee, and sodas. I don't know if warm drinks would be good with hot meals, perhaps after dinner though. 

What do you guys think? :)
