I get bored easily. Usually I just wander around the bathroom while brushing my teeth. I look at things, wipe things down with my free hand, weigh myself, whatever. Last night I did squats. I did 50 squats while brushing and mouthwash rinsing. And I'm pretty excited that I'm feeling it today. I don't know why I never used this time before!
Do you do any mini workout things or workout multi-tasking that fits into your routine?
