Affordable Outdoor wedding in Elkton/ Rising Sun Area

My fiance and I are looking for an affordable outdoor venue for a Spring 2015 wedding. We have about 100 guests and only a $10,000. We checked the Tea Barn in Fair Hill already, but they were already booked for the weekend we want. Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternative location?

    The Tea Barn always books very quickly, especially for May, June, September, and October.  We're getting married there this August!  

    Some other venues to consider: 

    Spring Hill Manor, Rising Sun http://www.springhillmanor.com/
    I don't know the costs there, but my cousin was married there a few years ago and they had a low budget.  Beautiful grounds and barn, but there is no A/C inside (he was married in the summer and we all were hot).

    Plumpton Park Zoo, Rising Sun
    We looked into them, but they were not great with communicating with us.  For costs, ceremony + reception is $1200.  I can let you know more about them if you'd like.  Just PM me.

    Not sure if you have any ties to APG, but Top of the Bay is beautiful!  My brother was married there a few years ago and their budget wasn't very high either.  They have an outdoor space that overlooks the bay, but unfortunately we had to move his wedding inside because it rained.

    Spring Hill and Top of the Bay have a backup option if it has to be moved inside, but I don't think the zoo does.  If I think of any other places that we looked at, I'll let you know!
