So, I teach 4th grade and my students know about my wedding. They ask me questions all the time. They all want to be invited, so I wanted to get them involved somehow. Yesterday I asked them if they wanted to come before school to help design and color the thank you cards that we will be sending to our guests and almost all of them showed up today
)
They had such a blast and the cards turned out pretty cute. Here are just a couple that I pulled from the pile... they're a little dark because they're cell phone pics....
I had them sign the back of them and am going to put a little slip of paper in each one that says "Thank You Cards Designed and Illustrated by Becca's 4th Grade Students".
