Alright, so I usually have many opinionated and sometimes nice (other not so nice) thoughts about each episode and I've decided to document them here. So, here's tonight's recap:
- Emily, sweet girl. However, homeboy just isn't sexy enough IMO. I'd never in a million years oblige to climbing up to the top of Bay Bridge. Although I may or may not be able to be convinced if Bradley Cooper was waiting for me at the top. Apparently they have to think of out of the box dates since the normal Bachelor house was out of contract this season. So, they're on the road..
- Ben said it best, "Skiing in San Francisco, really?" Yes, apparently they truly are running out of date ideas. Who thinks of these date ideas anyway?
- While I'm glad fruitcake Jenna is gone, a little tiny bit of me missed her drama.
- I am still envious of Blakeley's perfect teeth. Although, perhaps even perfect teeth doesn't make a person good enough. She's 34, yet has the personality and maturity of a 17 year old. PS. When a girl knows everyone hates her, admits it to the man...
there's your sign buddy, she's clearly not a keeper.
- How come I never even realized there was a Brittany this season? You'd think I wouldn't miss this one. She's barely spent any time with him, however, after getting a date card she decides to bail. I don't get it.
- Loved Lindzi's date. I like her a lot, even though I don't buy the
"I don't kiss on a first date." I really liked that band as well. Oh, and playing the piano is super sexy.
- Ben gets the award for the first ever Bachelor to make out with just about every girl before the 4th episode.
- Although I liked Shawntel in her season, why did she show up? Unless her and homeboy had some random fling, why does she get the okay to come back just because she's been on the Bachelor before. DRAMA.
- Courtney's lip is starting to bother me.
- Side note: Did you guys know that the rose ceremonies actually last all night long in the beginning of the season? According to Ali Fedotowsky the first rose ceremony usually goes until 8am. The second goes until 5am and so forth. I guess the Bachelor calls out a few names, leaves the room, returns, and continues until all names have been called. I always wondered how they could remember that many names in one night when it takes me a good few days to remember all my students names each year. Read more info about this
here.
My two top picks are still Linzi (although I'm still upset about her parents' lack of spelling skills) and Kacie B. I think Lindzi is the front runner in Ben's eyes though.
