I have 8 months until our wedding. When do you start your gift registry? Is it too early?

    Does anyone know how to change your wedding date on the registry? I am actually getting married May 18, 2013 but when I made profile I picked June because we hadn't picked a wedding date yet.

    We already did a registry. And changing your date will depend on who you are using for your Registry. Sorry, Im no help there.

    We also have our registry done already, I'm sure I will make changes as it gets closer though. Where is the registry you are trying to change?

    We have started one, but have to do the other 2 yet.  Depends on the store.  If they get a lot of seasonal things, you'll want to update the registry frequently.  If their stock stays pretty much the same, you can do it whenever you want.

    Yeah FI and I registered about a month ago at target, williams sonoma and macy's. I'm not sure how you change your date on the registry sorry :-(

    You can edit through your profile I believe ... We haven't registered yet. I finally talked him into it so either Dec or Jan well register.

    I can't help with the date changing question, but my FI and I already registered at Belk, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Target.  If anything gets discontinued we'll just update the registry online.  No big deal.

    To change your date on TK, scroll all the way up and at the very top right click on 'My Account' and you're able to change the date there.
