If anybody needs flowers, I highly recommend Pam.  She has been so fast to respond and wonderful to work with.  

I've got to say this is my one complaint about the Drago Sisters so far.  They have not responded to my emails very quickly and their customer service is not nearly what I have found from other vendors.  I'm sure the cake will be beautiful and tasty, but I've had to call a few days after every email to get a response. And the response has always been "oh yea I remember that email."

    We are using Pam too! She's wonderful.

    I think I was the first one here on the forums to recommend Drago Sisters, as we have used them multiple times for family events and will be using them for our wedding. I've noticed that almost EVERYONE complains about their communication... which I'll admit a lot of the correspondence I've had regarding our wedding has been very informal and sometimes hard to get a hold of them. Their shop is very small but often very busy, but I do wish they would try harder in that area.

    I have to ask, what flavor cake are you getting??

    One tier of chocolate cake with chocolate filling and chocolate frosting and one tier of strawberry cake with vanilla icing and strawberries.

    I just hope she emails me back.  We haven't even received an invoice or anything from her yet.

    Sounds yummy!!

    Yeah they definitely aren't as urgent to get things nailed down on paper as us brides are. We wanted to lock it in when we did our tasting almost a year ago and they were just like "No it's okay we only need a few week's notice." Ummm. At least we are all in the same boat and other Vegas brides have posted great reviews that it all worked out!

    @aggiespartan‌ - try calling her. I emailed my cake order and questions 2-3 weeks ago. Never received a response. Just called and my email went to their junk email folder. She's on it now, but you may follow up.

    I'm going to call her next week but the last time I called she said "oh yea I remember that email." I was thinking well gee why didn't you answer it then.

    Just called and paid for my cake.  I got another "oh I saw your email, I thought I answered it," but at least it's done now.
