In-suite Ceremony and After party - Wedding Wagon

I've been weighing all our options and going over everything. I can't seem to find the right place that gives me the feel I'm going for. That may be because I'm so indecisive and I keep changing my mind on things.

I have a tight budget and I think that keeps weighing in a lot when it comes to choosing anything. We have 34 people including myself and fiance attending. We know we want an in-suite reception and we've been looking all over at the different suites. We go in Dec for a scouting trip.

My question is I've heard of Wedding Wagon and I like the idea of not paying for a package that has items in it that I don't need or want, but am I going to have a good experience going with them.?

It would allow me to use the money else where on things I feel I'm compromising on with the other packages.

What's your thoughts?

Re: In-suite Ceremony and After party - Wedding Wagon

  • We are having an in suite ceremony and having a friend do it for us.  He got ordained online and just sent in his stuff for Nevada.  He seems like he's really getting into it, so I think it will make it really fun.  It's only costing about $30 for him to get licensed in Nevada plus we are going to get him a gift.

We looked at Wedding Wagon but ultimately thought it would be fun to have someone we knew do the ceremony, although I have heard good things about them.

  • Thanks @Aggiespartan, I've thought about doing this as well, just not sure what friend we would ask. I do agree this would be a lot of fun if we did it.
  • If you can do ur ceremony in suite w/o having to use a chapel or hotel chapel, you'll save a shit ton of money! My ceremony cost me the most
    Anniversary
  • We went to a wedding in May where the groom's best friend got ordained and did the service.  It was great! Very personal and touching.  He told stories of the bride and groom and their journey leading up to the wedding.  He had everyone laughing and crying all at the same time.

    Hi
We was inbetween Wedding Waggon & Luvbug and what it boiled down to was this...

Wedding Wagon lovely people peope = on point (heard great things although pics hit or miss)

Luvbug are a couple and pam/one of the owners is a profesional photographer! so the fact that it will be special day and both include shots, love the fact that pam/luvbug has more experience which means the photos will come out nicer and more profesional...

If you have extra $$ for a photographer go with wedding waggon.....

If you can get people to do mutiple things i.e minister, photographer ets less headache & could save you added stress & reduce cost!

If your not concerned with how youre pictures will turn out or if you are hiring a photographer with Wedding Wagon...

Check their websites and see what you like/style etc
http://lasvegasluvbugweddings.com (they also do photo tours)
