My Guest List Manager Help

Hi
Im trying to log in to my guest list manager from my apple laptop but i cannot see all my guest. I added them on my ipad 3 weeks ago. I would also like to access my guest list on my iphone. How can i view all current changes to my list on all 3 devices? Im using the same log in so im just confused. Please help!
