  Thanks!  I'm just ordering more TY notes from Vistaprint soon, and don't want to order a bunch of "From the Future Mrs. FI" if I won't use them, but know we can continue to use the ones with both of our names well after the wedding.

  I signed mine from whomever the card was addressed to. Some said "to Lolo and FI," others were just addressed to me. I still spoke as if from the two of us though, i.e. "we can't wait to use it" because the gifts were given to benefit both of us.

  
  

  If your cards say "from the future Mrs. FI" you can still sign both of your names at the bottom (you are hand-writing the content, right? not preprinting a whole form letter?). You're still the one writing it; it's still accurate. I think generic is the way to go though, so you can still use them after the wedding or for other things if you over-buy.

  Of course I will write an individual note on each one - sorry for the confusion.  I just ordered some that, on the FRONT of the card, say both my fiance and my name.  If the card is JUST from me, I wanted to order cards with JUST my name on them.

  But of course I always write a personal note for each gift.

  It's usually those people who take a picture with a sign that says "thank you". They don't understand that the point of the note is to write a heartfelt note to the person who took the time and did something nice for you, not to AW themselves even more.

  Yup, the exist. Terrible, right? It's a card with pre-printed message. Not even a hand written signature.
