kilts and colour choices

My fiancé will be wearing the stewart black kilt, but i'm having a hard time with colour choices, I don't want my bridesmaids to clash with all the guys in our bridal party. Suggestions would be great!

I am confused.  Are all the guys in your wedding party wearing a kilt?  This is only appropriate they are all family members (clan).  Tartans are properly worn by men who are members of the clan.  They are not worn to match the groom.
Do you mean the "Black Watch" tartan? The black watch is a tartan worn by a military Scottish regiment.  It is sometimes worn by people who do not have their own clan affiliation.

Please give us more information about your plans.

I went to a wedding this past weekend where the men were in kilts, and the bridesmaid dresses were not coordinated to them at all. It looked fine. The men were in black, red, and white kilts, and the bridesmaids were in brown dresses with orange pashminas and orange bouquets. I didn't even notice that they didn't match until you posted this question.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14
