Hi all. I've been eating junk food all weekend, and I really need to get back on the straight and narrow now that I'm eating normally again. We haven't posted an accountability thread in a while, but I'd like to start that back up if there's interest.
B- green tea
S - Greek yogurt
L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, applesauce, sugar free pudding
S - almonds, Babybel cheese
D - tilapia, brown rice, peas
E - none because I need to get my allergy shots today, and my arms always end up really sore afterwards
