in April 2015 Weddings
Anyone else having problems finding someone to officiate the wedding and also do a rehearsal? Every one I talk to now says they don't do a rehearsal and the ones that do charge an extra 150 bucks. Is not having a rehearsal the new thing? I couldn't imagine not having one.

    We didn't have any trouble finding an officiant - the pastor from my college church was willing to officiate our wedding and does rehearsals.

    Same with PP. Our officiant married my FI's sister. The officiant and his wife and his sister and her husband are good friends with each other and keep in touch, and when they mentioned that we were engaged and looking for an officiant they offered to be ours. They come to the rehearsal, and even came to the reception for my FI's sisters.
