  It looks to me like those are dresses, all one piece, rather than tanks and skirts. I'm sure someone can find you something similar. Have you tried looking on Modcloth? It looks like that kind of style.

  I saw someone already mentioned it, but check Modcloth! Or maybe Anthropologie? Such a beautiful look. And they look to be one piece to me as well.

  It turns out that I'm going to have similar skirts to the ones pictured by a friend (in my colours) and just have the ladies find nice white tops and grey cardis.
