We have received my invitations from etsy that do not come with the inner envelope. I was disappointed (my fault for not tripple checking but it's done), but it was going to cost another $70 to change it all, so we are not going to.
My questions is, when addressing the invitation to my guests and their children. I do not want to put "and family" because I am not inviting the MIL who lives with them as well. Would it be appropriate to write:
Mr. and Mrs. J Doe
Mary and Jack
123 Street
