  Plans is pretty basic, but the big upshot is that she heard, and heard clearly, that she is allowed, even encouraged to say "stop, leave me alone, quit being creepy"--and we will make sure that gets honored.
  
  And I will be watching like a hawk.  
  And I will not hesitate to kick someone out of this room, and I will not hesitate to have security remove someone, i will not hesitate to call the cops, I will not hesitate to have someone code-of-conducted and kicked out of school.
  And if there is any confrontation that I will be having a security escort for everyone's safety.
  
  So more than anything, the plan is "I have your back, do what you need to do.  You can be blunt, it is not bad/rude/etc to be blunt.  You won't be making things awkward if you are blunt, you'll be taking his whole ball of awkward and handing it back to him."
  
  Which isn't a perfect plan, but someone having my back always helps.  And I will likely be skipping lunch today and Monday to make sure that I can keep an eye on people.
  And she now has a good list of other resources (student services, student affairs, security, etc) .
  
  And I have the beginnings of a paper-trail--because I've document the meeting w/ my boss and w/ student IDs.  I haven't yet needed one of my paper-trails, but I've always started them.

  that's a shitty situation, but it's good for the student to know that she has support and can stand up for herself.
