1. Fayetteville, AR just repealed their non-discrimination ordinance clause that added sexual orientation and gender identification. It's making me sick and nervous re: our possible appeal in April.
2. Fingers are pointing to the phone calling/fear mongering that Michelle Duggar did in that above referenced city as having an impact. I dislike her and her family even more now.
3. I'm uncomfortable at work right now. Now, I don't mind people expressing their religion, but it does make me uncomfortable when it's at work. Added to that, it's a lot of, "This is Christmas, not Happy Holidays!" and it's making me more uncomfortable. Add to that a run-in with Diva where he implied that I am a domineering wife and I'm just all sorts of uncomfortable and pissy.
4. All the politics: The Senate report on torture. Eric Garner. Ferguson. Protests.
5. Could I get some damn sunshine?! Seriously.
I need a bubble with a good book, DH, and wine, stat. And I'd kinda prefer it if DH wasn't saying anything, just there, hugging me while I was reading a book and drinking a fine wine. Happy place!
