I am having my reception at the Coronado Community Center and am in the midst of trying to choose a caterer. The top two that we like so far are Continental Catering and Personal Touch Dining. We are planning on doing a heavy cocktail reception with stations and hors d'oeuvres. Has anyone had experience with these two companies? We live in NY and will not be able to fly out to meet with anyone or have a tasting, so much of our decision-making is just based on reviews and blind faith! Any feedback would be great
