I feel like this is the secret question that never would have been researched! Many of you already admitted to it - and I'm wondering how many people do even if they are embarrassed to admit it. So - private poll! No one has to know
s/p Do you like the smell of your own farts? 35 votes

No, I think mine smell just as bad as everyone else's!
Well not smelly ones. I'm not really kidding, I'm just not a gassy person.
Between DH and the bulldog there is enough smelly farting going on. I pretty sure DH likes the smell of his. He does the silent but deadly one.
What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests. Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
All farts smell pretty much like shit. . . Like all the e. Coli sitting in your gut. They all stink, doesn't matter the source, but dog farts are especially rancid.

I don't think they smell GOOD, but sometimes I think mine smell interesting, and I don't mind smelling them as much as I do someone else's, thinking about air that came out of their butt entering my lungs.

I'm the same. I rarely fart (out side of when I'm popping) but I burp CONSTANTLY. It's gotten beyond obnoxious since getting pregnant. And no, I don't like the smell of my burps.
I am evidently a member of about 12% of the population that is missing a muscle in their larynx so that I can't burp. Sometimes gas escapes but it's more of a weird bullfrog noise in my throat that is involuntary. Maybe all the unused burp gas goes straight down which is why I fart so much.

I don't even burp. It's weird. The other day I had a rare burn and DH was all "did you burb? You never burp"
