Small Vow Renewal Reception

Hello.
Looking for some recommendations for a nice restaraunt for a small 18-20 people reception for a vow renewal reception in March 2013
Also looking for a nice area possibly garden for a more informal ceremony.
We will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversay and were not able to have a wedding due to my husbands abrupt notification of military deployment.
We are from Northern US and I just love New Orleans.
Some of the places I have considered were:MurielsAurnaudsPalace CafeGalvezIrenesTommys
Any other suggestions would be great.I am looking for great food and atmosphere preferably in the quarter.I was leaning towards Muriel's but I believe it will be on the pricer side.I dont mind paying for quality within reason.

    Muriel's is lovely, and you could look into using the balcony for the ceremony-- however, on a weekend you'd have to meet a high minimum to get one of the private rooms on the 2nd floor.  The Beauregard-Keyes house has a gorgeous garden for the ceremony. I don't know what the food options are there but if you can bring you'r own caterer you can help control your costs.
