  Take swatch with you when you go to places like Michael's and match it up.

  
  

  Have you considered smaller bouquets/centerpieces/whatever made with real flowers?  Silk flowers often look fake and cheap, and can be surprisingly expensive.  I tend to notice it more on bigger, more exotic or brightly colored flowers than simple flowers like calla lilies.  Huge, guava-colored hibiscus, etc will likely look really fake and inexpensive.

  
  

  Something like this size (not the actual bouquet, just shown for size comparison) is just a few stems, so you may be able to do it for the cost of a full-size silk bouquet:

  There is site called afloral.com that carries an array of "real touch" flowers which I think look much nicer than the silk variety, when you sign up for their emails they send tons of coupons. I cannot swear on a color match though. Are there any other colors in your decor?
