    Good morning :) So I weighed in today and lost another 2 pounds yay!

    Breakfast: 1 cup of Kashi Go Lean! Crunch and 1/2 cup of soymilk
    Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (2 slices of multigrain bread, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and 2 tbsp jelly)
    Snack: Banana
    Dinner: TBD
    Snack: 1 scoop of dark chocolate ice cream


    Exercise: 1 hour walk
