Rehearsal dinner venues in Kenosha?

We have no idea where to go! We'd like something a little more casual. (actually, we'd like something a lot more casuaul, we suggested Golden Corral, but FMIL wants something snooty like the Hob Nob) So we need something in between! Please help!

What about Stone Creek in Winthorp Harbor?  We would do ours there in a heartbeat but my grandma is in a wheelchair and it's not handicap accessable for wheelchairs.

FI and I frequent the Hob Nob, and it's definitely not a "snooty" place.  It's got that old supper club feel to it.

I don't know what your budget is for the RD, but maybe Twisted Cuisine or Wine Knot?

His grandparents don't like Stone Creek because we went there once and they wanted to seat us all upstairs and his grandma has a very hard time with steps. They kinda blamed it on the place, even though they never asked for downstairs seating and how was the staff supposed to know? But try telling them that lol. Also it's a little far.

The wine knot sounds kinda cool! Maybe I'll drag FI there for dinner this week to check it out! I think Twisted Cuisine sounds cool too, but their menu sounds a little odd and I'm not sure my parents would appreciate it and my MOH is pretty picky.

And maybe snooty isn't the right word....but when we went there with my FI's family and were pretty uncomfortable the whole time. (we being me, my FI, his siblings and their SO's and his niece who was 2 at the time, it's not very kid friendly) The room we were in had glass windows all the way around overlooking lake michigan though, which was really beautiful. Also we loved the sign in the parking lot that says "Stop! Lake ahead!" But the food definitley seemed pricey and the service wasn't the greatest, perhaps because we were a large group, or maybe we just got unlucky. who knows. certainly felt more upscale than casual though to FI and I.

What about Bartley House (you don't have to dress up) or Boathouse?

Villa D'Carlo or Boat House. They're not big, but can accomodate up to 80 people, I believe. The food is fantastic at Villa D'Carlo, too.
