Hello All!
I am getting married on 12/13/14. After the ceremony in the city, we are looking to take photos somewhere close to our reception hall (The Seville in Streamwood). I am looking for a place that does not require a permit. Due to possibly having inclement weather in December, I do not wish to pay for a permit if I may not be able to use it. So far, I have found Schaumburg City Hall that has a lake and gazebo. I was wondering if anyone knew of other places in the area or even some that decorate with lights for the holiday season.
