Venues on a Budget Raleigh, NC

Anyone know of a venue in Raleigh for 150-175 people that is either 2500 or below for just rental or 8,000 and below for food/alcohol/rental? I have literally looked at, contacted, and called every venue I can find and I'm exhausted. My wedding isn't until NEXT fall and all the good venues are already booked!

    Look at raleigh parks and rec. You can rent their facilities for about $1000 for the whole day depending which one. There are some beautiful ones. I really like the Borden Building and Mordecai Chapel. You can also check out the surrounding areas too (Wake Forest, Cary, Clayton, etc)

    This location is about $2000 (or $1000 if you're willing to do a Sunday wedding and split some costs with another bride). Didn't see guest limit but it looks like it should hold enough if you do an outdoor wedding:
    It's actually in Mebane, but within driving distance of Raleigh (44 minutes from Crabtree Valley Mall) if you're willing to travel.
    Don't know how available it is, though.
