  I am not sure what all I am looking at but I really don't like the fan invite.

  
  

  Will everyone who is invited to the wedding also be invited to the welcome dinner and rehearsal dinner?  Do you need a headcount for both of those dinners?

  
  

  The only issue I see about including information about both the welcome and rehearsal dinner in the invite is if you need a headcount.  If you don't, you can include an insert which lists an itinerary and notes both dinners and lets your guests know that they are welcomed to attend if they so chose.

  
  

  Now if you need a headcount for each event I am drawing a blank on what you should do.  I think sending 3 separate invites would be over kill.  I am sure another poster will have a solution.  I am just having a brain fart moment

  I really don't like the first invitation.  It's kind of over the top beach wedding.  The 2nd and 3rd options are much more appealing.

  As far as the invites being sent, I'm also wondering what Maggie said...

  The two fans are programs not invitations and we definitely need a head count so im confuse as  what to do about sending three invites or do i send an invitation and a details card with the rehearsal and welcome dinner information?

  As for Maggie's question though, is everyone invited to the wedding also invited to the welcome dinner?  If that's the case I would perhaps include two RSVPs on the reply card...Accept/decline for the wedding and the same for the welcome dinner.  I'd send the rehearsal dinner invites separately since that's probably a significantly smaller group. I sent the rehearsal invites out maybe 3 weeks prior to the wedding so there was definitely time between the wedding invite and rehearsal invite.

  I think the first invitation is a little busy, I like the other two better. They're simple and classy. For the same reason I like the second fan better. There's a lot going on with the first one, it reminds me more of a formal Victorian wedding. I agree with mlg78, I'd send the rehearsal dinner invitations separately because I'm assuming that will be a smaller group but include two RSVPs on the reply card for the wedding and welcome dinner. (Assuming everyone is invited to both.)

  
  

  I love the seahorse postage! Where did you find that? Were you able to choose the design yourself? I would love to be able to personalize our stamps!

  Thanks everyone is invite to everything destination magazine says to just put it on a detail card. I found the postage stamps on zazzle.com

  Since everyone is invited to all events, I think you should have different sections on the RSVP card for the different events.

  
  

  I think that the stationery is nice, but you're getting a little excited with the theme If I were you, I would skip the fan programs, tote bag (it's cute, but people probably won't use a tote bag with your names and wedding date on it), postage stamps, and stickers/coasters (??). I would also have a much simpler thank you card - maybe one with a picture from the teaser your photographer will send?
