  I'd wait a few weeks to see what the doctor says for a due date. Honestly I'd push your wedding off by at least a few months. Unless its important to you to be married before children (it is for some people) and you move your wedding up. I would think people would be understanding of not wanting to have a big wedding just after having a baby.

  Secondly, could you contact your vendors and see if they could move it earlier/later without losing your deposits, considering the circumstances? Hopefully they're willing to work with you!

  You definitely should get the expected due date from your doctor...and trust me, you will not want to have a wedding two weeks after given birth if your date is correct. You will definitely want to try to get that date changed now to salvage any money

  I definitely don't think you should have a wedding a couple month after giving birth. Why not move the day up? I'm sure your DJ and photog would be amenable to moving the date. Don't worry about Save the Dates, as long as you communicate to everyone that the date has been changed. Best wishes!

  After you confirm your pregnancy, change your date. Either earlier or  later. Having a wedding 2 weeks after giving birth sounds like a nightmare. And your due date is just an estimate, you could deliver late.

  Just ask your vendors for flexibility due to the circumstances. Personally, I'd go for late Spring 2016. Mainly so I wouldn't have to do baby stuff and wedding stuff at the same time. Plus, then you can shop for wedding dresses after you deliver since your body will almost certainly change. 

  
  

  Also, my estimated due date is 3 days before yours!

  If I were a guest, I would understand completely if you provided me with a new wedding date, especially if you do it sooner rather than later. (Mostly so people don't start booking non-refundable flights and so they can change their vacation dates at work.) 

  
  

  You don't even have to tell people why. Either make phone calls or send new announcements that say, "The wedding of B & G will not take place on 10/3/15. The wedding has been moved to 4/16/16," or something like that.
