So, kiddo decided to have lunch leftovers for dinner. Ok by me. But this means I have to make something for myself. With FI gone, it's just me. Everything I have is for full family meals. So, I rummage in the fridge. I see celery sticks, leftovers from the Mexican place (and it's stuff I won't eat), and tofu we got to make miso but we never got all the ingredients. Gah. I've never had/made tofu anything besides in miso. Thank you Pinterest. Looks like I'm having popcorn tofu for dinner.
And wine...can't forget my wine.
