Would love any reviews from brides who have used www.tulleandchantilly.com! The website feels a little gimmicky and not super professional, but they have a good selection and prices. Wondering if it's too good to be true.

    The big red flags here are A: located in Hong Kong. Any returns or exchanges are going to cost you. And B: Despite the attractive little line of credit card pictures they show, a quick look at their FAQ shows that they only accept PayPal. You won't be able to dispute any charges. Just the fact that the credit cards logos are displayed strikes me as deceptive, which equals untrustworthy.
