How to address envelope to persons in a polygamist relationship

How would one address a wedding invitation to 3 men involved in one relationship? Should I list each male on a separate line or use commas and put them on 1-2 lines?

I would list them on separate lines like you would do a couple who is not married, so...

Mr. Jay Jones

Mr. John Smith

Mr. Jake Hill
