I need some inspiration. Wednesdays are hard because DH works late and so I need to get dinner on the table quick after picking the kids up. DD apparently needs to eat every hour or she has a meltdown.

So what are you making tonight?

    Hmmm, spaghetti might be good for tonight. Chicken tikka masala is on the menu for tomorrow. I really need to look at my crockpot cookbooks and find some good recipes there.

    I made the gravy and biscuits for H this morning, he was off and I tried to be nice.  I think tonight will be fried chicken and mashed potatoes.  GD #1 is here (snow day - with no snow, lol)  and she loves my fried chicken.

    Some sort of baked chicken, these sweet potatoes and sautéed green beans. I did the broccoli and shrimp recipe someone posted here and it was pretty darn good and simple.  (and since everything was on sale it came in right about $6 for dinner for two nights)

    Tacos tonight. Ground beef for H and Baby L, black beans for Baby A and myself.

    We have an appointment with the therapist and that's relatively quick and easy and everyone likes it. Especially Baby L.
