We have designed our own invitations and were wondering if anyone knows any good printers?

    I'm pretty sure this is the one we have that we bought when we DIY'd invitations:


    I'm not totally sure of the model number, but it's definitely a Brother and cost around $300.

    I'm DIYing my invitations on a Canon Pixma iP4500 Photo Printer, which I already owned (actually came free with a laptop I bought 6 years ago).

    However, do consider if you have enough need/use of a printer in the future before buying a new one. It may be more cost (and time!) effective to have your design printed by someone else by a local print shop, vista print or through Cards & Pockets print service who gave me a very reasonable quote for printing my design.
